Board of Elders

The Board of Elders oversee the spiritual welfare and nurture of the congregation.

Working with the Pastor, they:

• Provide for orderly, Christ-centered worship

• Oversee the transfer to and from Hope Lutheran Church

• Provide thorough instruction and confirmation for those interested in joining the church

• Supervise the visitation of newly received members

• Admonish and encourage members who are negligent in church attendance and the means of grace

• Supervise the Altar Guild
